Best Moments – Jan. 23
Listening to Sublime channel on Pandora this morning at the breakfast table. Bobby McFerrin (for some reason) comes on. You know the song.
Andrea grabs her bagel for a giant bite. McFerrin sings “Don’t worry …. ”
Andrea smiles and, with a mouthful of food, sings: “Be happy!” By the second time around the verse, she was laughing so hard, her “be happy” came out in a really high-pitched squeak, but still clear.
She is living that line.
Now, she is singing along to “Lay Me Down” by Dirty Heads and Rome: “And we can walk down to the ocean,
And sit with the rising sun.”
The Andrea Show. She really needs an audience.

I have never met Andrea, I found out her story from being friends on Facebook w/ one of her co-workers from Aldo. I have been following the story since I found out and have been trying to get the word out about this site. Whenever I read these blogs I cry and also smile at her progress. I pray for Andrea and the family every night. God bless!

One more time, remember the words of Saint Mother Theodore Guerin. “Let me assure you, if you lean with all your weight on Providence you will find yourself well supported.” Or in another place she wrote, “Put aside all uneasiness about the future and place yourself gently into the hands of Providence.” Providence was Mother Theoodre’s favorite name for our loving God!
